The owners of Custom Closets & More are Doug and Sheri Robertson. They also own three Budget Blinds Franchises -North Knoxville, Knoxville and Maryville Tennessee. In the window covering business we are a shop-at-home business that does over $1,000,000 per year. We have a large warehouse and office staff in place geared to service the window covering business. We also have a great reputation for quality, service and price with over 75% of our business coming from past customers, realtors and builders.

An opportunity arose early in 2004 to acquire an existing closet company that already had a great reputation for quality and value. Expanding the company into the closet business made a lot of sense. We could use our existing facilities and organization to offer another great shop-at-home product. Our customers’ requirements in closet organization are very much the same as the custom window covering business.

- The product is best sold in the home.
- We must establish a level of trust since we will be coming back into the home to install the products.
- We must be educated and be able to consult with our customers, taking their needs in mind before we present a product.

We understand our customers and their needs. The closet business was a perfect fit for us.
